Cameron holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting).

Cameron’s experience in commercial law and negotiation spans more than ten years. He has worked at top tier law firms in Melbourne and Perth and as legal and corporate Counsel for Shell for a number of years.

Cameron practices in litigation on commercial matters, and is the Lead Negotiator in several Native Title/Mining Agreements between Traditional Owner Groups, Mining Companies and Government Bodies (resources include: Oil & Gas, Gold, Iron Ore, Nickel and General Infrastructure Projects).

Cameron sits on the Reserve Bank of Australia’s Small Business Finance Advisory Panel and on the Great Southern Grammar School Inc. School Council, and the boards of several private companies.

Heather is one of Western Australia’s leading family and de facto law practitioners.

She has over 30 years’ experience in parenting arrangements, children’s issues, property settlement including family businesses and farms, superannuation splitting, binding financial agreements, child support, Hague Convention cases (international abduction) and divorce.

Her expertise spans mediation, negotiation and representation in Court. She is also an accredited independent children’s lawyer.

Heather is experienced across other key areas of law including commercial law, civil litigation, wills and probate. She has conducted trials in various jurisdictions.
