Cameron holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting).

Cameron’s experience in commercial law and negotiation spans more than fifteen years. He has worked at top tier law firms in Melbourne and Perth and as legal and corporate Counsel for Shell for a number of years.

Cameron practices in litigation on commercial matters, and was the Lead Negotiator in several Native Title/Mining Agreements between Traditional Owner Groups, Mining Companies and Government Bodies (resources include: Oil & Gas, Gold, Iron Ore, Nickel and General Infrastructure Projects).

Cameron sits on the Reserve Bank of Australia’s Small Business Finance Advisory Panel and the boards of several private companies.

Heather is one of Western Australia’s leading family and de facto law practitioners.

She has over 35 years’ experience in parenting arrangements, children’s issues, property settlement including family businesses and farms, superannuation splitting, binding financial agreements, child support, Hague Convention cases (international abduction) and divorce.

Sara commenced practice as a lawyer in Western Australia in 1989 having previously practiced in the United Kingdom and South Pacific. Since 2001, she has practiced with 2 well known city firms and prior to that time she ran her own practice.

Sara has dealt with all aspects of both property and parenting matters, including relocation, and has been a qualified independent children’s lawyer since 1996. Sara is also a qualified mediator and family dispute resolution practitioner and a member of the Australian Institute of Family Lawyers and Mediators. She practices as a mediator in family law matters, with a view to avoiding contentious proceedings or ongoing dispute and has chaired dispute resolution conferences on a regular basis since the late 1990’s.

Sara is committed to ensuring the easiest and best outcome for clients and their children in the circumstances surrounding relationship breakdowns.

Gemma graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sheffield in 2009. Gemma relocated to WA in 2009 and completed her Juris Doctor in 2012. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of WA in April 2013.

Rebecca has over 15 years industry experience, initially working as a conveyancing paralegal in the UK before emigrating to Australia. Rebecca worked with a mid tier law firm in Perth for 4 years before relocating to Albany.
